Deposit and cancelling policy.

The workshop payment is divided in 50% deposit and 50% rest payment, and described below.
Any workshop orders include a 50% deposit. All workshops are confirmed at least 8 weeks before the workshop starts. Wait ordering your accomodation and transport until confirmed.
If the workshop is not confirmed because of too few registrations (min. 4) and therefore cancelled no later than 8 weeks before the workshop date, customers receive full refund of both deposit and rest payment if paid at once.
Deposits on customers behalf are binding and will not be refunded if customers cancel their order, no matter when.
If customers either do not pay the full amount after paying the 50% deposit, or want to cancel their order not later than 30 days before the workshop start, the rest payment after the the deposit payment will not be paid back no  matter what reason to ensure the workshop cn be continued.
If the rest payment after deposit payment isn’t paid at the end date, the order is cancelled.
